Play arcade mode 50 times. You can while your on it try to get 7000 points in a single run for the 'Gain 7000 points in arcade in one run' achievement. Otherwise just try to die as quickly as possible.
Stage 3: Medium
Complete stage 45 without revive
Complete stage 45 without revive
When you start stage 45, don't use a revive. So when you die, start again if you want this achievement.

In the arcade gamemode, get 7000 points in one run. You can use shields and when you die, you can watch an add for a second life.
